Returns & Refunds
REFUND, RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY:
Eligibility for returns:
- Faulty or damaged product. In the event of a faulty item, evidence of damage (including images), order number and name must be emailed to: firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 days of receipt of the items.
We reserve the right to further inspection before deeming a product faulty. After receiving the details of your product, if we determine that the product is faulty, you can: claim a refund, exchange or store credit.
- For returns within 7 days from the receipt of your product. The product must be unused, in the same condition that you received and in the original packaging. Shipping costs for returning items is the customer's responsibility.
- Shipping costs are not refundable. Exceptions apply if the product is faulty or damaged.
